Essie: Parka Perfect
Striping tape
Y’all.  It’s been friggin freezing this week.  And I love it.  I know, go ahead and get those phones ready to call the nearest loony bin and haul my ass over there.  I love winter.
I thought it was a perfect time to dig this pretty little gem out of my collection!  I stuck with a very simple mani this week because sometimes a girl just likes simple.

  4. I love that blue! I'm on the hunt for some new winter colors. Ones that aren't as dark as the ones I normally wear. This would work well.

  9. Classic and beautiful. What a shocker. 😉

Loving this, Joey!! That blue is so pretty!! And I love the addition of the striping tape! How do you find it wears? I find that even with two coats of top coat, the edges pull away after a day or so. 🙁

  10. Wow, looks gorgeous as usual. Love the name of polish. I think that would b the best job EVER! Naming nail polish would rock my socks. I'm with Jennie ^^^ I had someone add som striping tape, and the edges peeled up even with 2 coats of clear. Does yours stay in place?

  11. This is such a cute color! I've seen it in the bottle and wasn't that drawn to it but it looks REALLY good ON! P.S. I ordered Wet N Wild Disturbia online from Walgreens after I read your post about it the other day. 🙂

  12. Wow, that color with the simplicity of the striping tape. I think I am going to have to recreate this look for my next manicure before heading home for Thanksgiving!

I would love for you to link up this manicure at this week's Beauty Frenzy Friday blog link party! Every post that links up will get pinned and have the chance to be featured the following week.

  13. Yay winter! Bring on the snow! Is that polish over striping tape, or just striping tape to create a thin line (removed before the top coat)? It looks great!
