Annie’s life was perfect. Her best friend became her step-sister. She was on track to head to her dream school after graduation. And she got to do her favorite thing: collaborate musically with her dreamy boyfriend. So how did things go so, so wrong?

NOW:

Alone at a college far from the Willow Point bubble, Annie has a few rules in place. Number one: Do not, under any circumstances, cyberstalk her internet-famous ex-boyfriend. Number two: pretend that everything is totally and completely fine. 

Persuaded out of her isolation by the persistence of her icy roommate, Annie finds herself working in a bar that is just as damaged as she is.

Just when Annie thinks things can’t get any worse, someone unexpected shows up on her doorstep with secrets of their own.
