This is so much how I felt when I wanted to try bodypump– when I went to the first class it seemed like everyone else was quite a bit older than me, and didn’t seem to be in any crazy kind of shape, but they were killing the workout– meanwhile I couldn’t come close to keeping up. Like you said, it’s so important to try anyway, because you never know what could end up falling into place!
