My faith in God is a big part of my life. I don’t read the Bible as often as I should but I study some part of it every week and right now, I’ve been stuck on that exact place in Matthew 7 where Jesus said Ask and you shall receive. For many years, I only applied it to religion but in the past few weeks, I’ve been meditating on how powerful of a promise it really is for every situation we’re facing.

I really like doing bible studies, but sometimes you can get so distracted, where if you’re just reading the bible that’s less likely (for me) to happen. I love the reference to the Matthew’s and think that was totally God’s way of leading you to where you needed to go!
