There are so many nights when I come home and don't even want to open my computer and would much rather kill time in a book. Self discipline to work is not an easy thing to have at all, so I admire those that have to exercise it full time!

i mean, our jobs are completely different, but yeah my life would be a lot more at home relaxing with a book and netflix if i did what i felt like. it's good to have balance though, the tedious boring stuff to appreciate the good stuff. and of course, doing what you love and are good at has gotta help too.

I find it fascinating that we both long for a time we thought we hated. Things were easier for you in many ways in BC, just like I had it better than I perceived in AK.
Life, right?
