I have been through that season where it's over but I'm still holding on, hoping it will stay until forever.
In friendships, in jobs, in relationships, it happens.

But I've learned that we can't expect people to stay til the finale when they only are relevant to a specific episode of our story.

Sometimes you are meant to be friends with someone for many seasons, year after year. And other times friends are in your life for just a season or a few.
