I have to say though that this wasn't her best work. And just like you I have to get back into reading…nothing captivates me these days. 🙁

Hope I find a great book…just started Me Before You by Jojo Moyes, so hopefully that will kick my lazy reading butt.

I know she can write; I just don't have an interest in certain things, so I won't read some of her books.

i often pick apart books after i finish them, like days after, because i'm not in the thick of it anymore. whenever i'm having trouble with reading, i definitely go with a lighter / shorter book to get me back into it!

I've actually stopped reading Jodi Picoult all together, because all of her books started to blur together for me. They just all started to feel way too similar and predictable.

I really enjoyed Before We Were Strangers that I read last week, but having a hard time getting in to Then You Were Gone that I am trying now. Reading comes in waves, doesn't it?
