I went through the same thing with a very longtime friend. Now she only comes around when something serious (in her life) happens. Sad. Hopefully your friendship turns out for the best. 🙂 Hugs!

I've figured this out, with friends as well as family. It is hard, and it is sad, thinking about how much you wish they wanted to be a part of your life. But alas, you are stronger and happier moving on and finding people who *want* to be part of your life! Keep yo' head up, gurl! <3 XoXo!

Oh friend, I know this is hard for you. You know what's right and leaving that relationship behind is probably better than the frustration of clinging to it. She will realize what she's missing one day and it will be up to you to decide if it's worth rebuilding together or not.

I think that that's the truth, but that it can go deeper than we think. Things could be going on in a person's life that keep them from contacting you too much, and giving them space if that's what they ask for (even by actions) is good. But that doesn't mean it's over. I always try to remember that. And that it gets easier. 🙂
