You guys are total cat people…it sounds like my house! 🙂 I laugh till it hurts over the goofy things I see cats do. I agree that it hurts so bad when they have to leave us, but the time they are here is so amazing for those of us that love them so much. You will find the right time to get a new kitty… sounds like you love them too much to not have that joy in your life again. And it sounds like the kitty that is blessed to your home will be so very loved and be a very lucky kitty indeed!

Fellow cat lady here and you don't need help! I moved in with my husband when I was 22 and that was the first time I hadn't had a cat in my house. We got one a little over a year later! Saying goodbye is so, so hard but I think at the end you have to remember that the days/months/years of happiness are more meaningful than the one awful day and sad days that follow. It sounds like any kitty would be lucky to live in your home!

That sounds exactly like Ken and I. We are both BIG cat people. We have 4 cats (and are feeding an outside stray that we hope to make #5). Ken is the cat whisperer … all cats love him. We watch funny cat videos all the time. The past 2 times we were in Florida to visit his grandmother, we visited the Big Cat Rescue in Tampa. I highly recommend looking it up – it is really awesome. They have a channel online with really cute videos – like feeding ice cream to the lions!
