We've been having the same conversations over here. Its so easy to get caught up in the day to day survival that you forget to take the step back and look it where you're headed and make the adjustments so that you end up where you want to be. I guess in some ways its giving up the short-term comfort for a better tomorrow.

I had this come up last month with myself.

I was going to college after my husband joined the Marine Corps. After a year in the Corps, he was being deployed to Iraq, all together 11 months....I lost ALL motivation and quit. Just literally quit. That was back in 2007 I think?

So last month I asked myself "Do I want to go back to college?" and the answer was "Yes."

So that night I went and filled out my FAFSA, which didn't go as I planned because I needed last year's W2 which I got 3 days ago...so now I have the information I need to go back to college in the Fall and I'm nervous but yet I am looking forward to it....so yay!

I can completely relate! I too have something that I want, but I'm scared of it being a failure, or not knowing what exactly I'm doing, just knowing that I need to do it. I need to just take the plunge!
