this weekend i…

…ate cookies for breakfast.

…put my parents’ tree up for the third time in two weeks and celebrated the victory with wine.

…helped my mom put up the rest of their decorations.

…no, that isn’t a joke.  There are really 20 stockings on their mantle.

(and yes, my brother and I didn’t make it to the family portrait.

no, I’m not bitter about it….)

…got stalked by a cat when I finally came home after a few days away.

…also wore my new glasses enough that now they’re growing on me!

…made a buttload of cookies.

…shopped for our Thanksgiving dinner.

…stole lots of kisses from my football coaching husband who is HOME HOME HOME!

…closed out Sunday with a stupid massive headache.
